Every Yuji Lux product is engineered, tested, and verified batch by batch. We stand behind that work with a limited product warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Periods
- LED strips: 2 years
- LED modules and emitters: 3 years
- LED lights and accessories: 2–3 years, depending on the product — see the product specification sheet
All warranty periods begin on the day you receive the product.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects resulting from faulty workmanship, materials, or design, provided the product is used in accordance with the relevant specification sheet, user manual, and installation documents.
What Is Not Covered
- Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
- Undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, or improper application
- Damage in transport (see Shipping for how to report transport damage)
- Natural disasters — lightning, floods, fires — and other environmental or climatic conditions beyond product specifications
How to File a Claim
- Email info@yuji-lux.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos or video of the installation and the affected product.
- Our engineering team reviews claims within 2 business days and will confirm next steps — repair, replacement, or further diagnostics.
