We engineer spectra at the phosphor level rather than reselling standard LEDs. That means CRI 95–98 with R9 > 95 verified on every production batch, tight SDCM binning for color consistency across continuous runs, and the ability to build custom spectra for specific applications — from museum lighting to circadian systems.
Can I get spectral data (SPD) for your products?
Yes. We publish SPD and melanopic data for every product variant. Photometric files for lighting-design software are available on request — contact us with your project details.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — we recommend evaluating samples under your project's real conditions before specifying, especially for color-critical work. Contact us with the products you are considering and your application.
Can you build a custom spectrum for my application?
Custom phosphor engineering is our core capability. Typical requests include target CCT/Duv points, high-R9 requirements, low-melanopic evening spectra, and full-gamut tunable systems. Share your target spectrum or application with our engineering team to get a feasibility assessment.
How long does an order take?
In-stock products dispatch within 2–3 business days. Assembled-to-order and custom-spectrum systems are quoted with a lead time that depends on configuration and quantity — you will have the date before you commit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from Los Alamitos, California, and support projects internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in your quotation.
What warranty do you provide?
LED strips carry a 2-year limited warranty; LED modules and emitters 3 years; lights and accessories 2–3 years depending on the product. All periods start from the day you receive the product. See the Warranty page for coverage details and the claim process.
How do I get partner (trade) pricing?
Register a free account, then contact us with a short profile of your practice. After signing a partner agreement, partner pricing and price-list export are enabled on your account.
