In-stock products may ship quickly, while cut-to-length assemblies, custom configurations, special-order products, and project-volume orders require additional preparation or production time.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are typically shipped using tracked parcel services such as FedEx or, for larger shipments, freight carriers.

Depending on the product and project, orders may ship from our U.S. facility or from another approved production or fulfillment location.

Unless otherwise agreed, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Receiving Your Order

If packaging appears damaged, document the condition with photos and, where possible, note the damage with the carrier.
