Domestic Shipping (US)
- Orders ship via FedEx standard US delivery, with tracking on every order.
- Expedited FedEx options are available on request — mention it in your order or quotation.
- Long profiles and project-volume orders ship by freight; our team coordinates delivery windows for job sites.
International Shipping
- We support leading projects worldwide and ship internationally on request.
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in your quotation.
Receiving Your Order
Inspect packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Report transport damage to info@yuji-lux.com within 3 calendar days of receipt — include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly. Claims reported later cannot be accepted.
