About Profile KOZMA
KOZMA is a recessed drywall profile with an unusually shallow body: 2.2″ wide but only 0.5″ deep, so it installs without colliding with the ceiling structure above — a frequent constraint in renovations and shallow plenums. Like KOZEL, it finishes trimless: the line of light sits flush with the surface and no aluminum stays visible.
The 0.43″ channel takes a single LED run rated at up to 7.3 W/ft, which covers the full static-white range up to high-output strips as well as dynamic-white options. KOZMA is specified for general lighting, wardrobe interiors, architectural details, wellness spaces and circadian schemes where a clean recessed line is wanted but ceiling depth is limited. How deep is the KOZMA profile?
Only 0.5″ — KOZMA is designed to recess into drywall without interfering with the ceiling structure behind it, which makes it suitable for shallow plenums and retrofit ceilings.
Does KOZMA show any visible aluminum?
No. It is a trimless profile: after the drywall is finished, only the flush line of light remains visible.
